“This four-star property struck me as a balanced choice near Derry's attractions, suitable for both families and business trips. Its award-winning restaurant, with locally sourced menus, stood out, as did the comprehensive wellness facilities and spa, including that outdoor hot tub. steam room unprofessional attitude
The steam room was out of order. A proper shame. i also found the sauna wait excessively long. noise from the hallway persisted until well after three in the morning and started again around seven. even worse, when my partner mentioned the noise to the receptionist the next morning, her attitude was less than professional. She practically told him to post a bad review, if you can believe it.
