steam roomunprofessional attitude
The steam room was out of order. A proper shame. i also found the sauna wait excessively long. noise from the hallway persisted until well after three in the morning and started again around seven. even worse, when my partner mentioned the noise to the receptionist the next morning, her attitude was less than professional. She practically told him to post a bad review, if you can believe it.

The staff were friendly. They really were very good. The food in the restaurant was delicious! I greatly appreciated the spacious family room. It included plenty of plug sockets and charging ports near the beds.
The steam room was also not working .

The catering staff were helpful and they went out of their way to provide an excellent service. Our night porter was fantastic and a true credit to this hotel. I found their service excellent.

Dinner was superb!!! The garlic chilli prawns, Lebanese Lamb, Fillet Steak and Duck Breast were all very tasty. The menu choices were varied and interesting for me to consider. Breakfast had fresh options.

The rooms are perfect and very cosy. I liked the good size. there were plug sockets and charging ports beside the beds. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well serviced. The room was lush.

I appreciated the free use of the sauna and steam room. The hotel has a good size pool. I was also grateful for a complimentary upgrade. The leisure center has a lot of equipment.

the room was spacious with a clean, comfortable double bed. i found free toiletries and fresh towels available daily. i appreciated plentiful free parking spaces. the hotel also has a convenient on-site facility.
the swimming pool was cold, so swimming was uncomfortable for a long period. the locker keys also had no locker numbers on the band.

I had dinner one evening. The staff were lovely. breakfast had ample choices and was very good. there was a very nice atmosphere while dining, which really made it special.
